The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics – Human Capital Initiatives (HCI) needed an innovative and adaptive partner that could understand and promote the importance of Acquisition Workforce (AWF). JANSON took on the charter to help make DoD an employer of choice by establishing a distinctive DoD AWF brand that would appeal directly to the future workforce and instill pride and a sense of ownership in existing AWF personnel, their achievements and their service to the nation.
How We Delivered
JANSON analyzed and evaluated the DoD AT&L strategic plan and developed an innovative brand strategy report for synchronization and leveraging of optimal messages, innovative designs, tools, tactics and timing. The goal of the outreach approach and ultimately innovative design was to demonstrate the full spectrum of career field opportunities so that entrants would get excited about the “so what” in the DoD AWF and seek to pursue a career.
