Program Manager-Senior Marketing Analyst

JANSON has an opening for a full-time Program Manager-Senior Marketing Analyst to provide support for our US Army client. This is a hybrid position working on our client site at Fort Belvoir, Virginia 3 days a week and from your home office 2 days a week.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MS or MA degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • 10 years’ experience in program management

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary POC for the Contracting Officer or COR interface and have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract and responsible for the performance of the provided service or work

  • Contract management, and develop plans, initiatives and evaluate a comprehensive marketing plan and implementation strategy

  • Oversees contract personnel duties and deliverables

  • Plan, develop, and implement market research

  • Audit and analysis to ascertain perceptions, attitudes, and expectations of audience

  • Identify and use market research techniques that including the development and use of appropriate survey instruments, focus groups and statistical analysis of results to assist in reaching target population and utilizing best practices

  • Devise and provide a weekly report acceptable to the Government that gives an overview of team actions and program status
