Strategic Planning and Candidate Management System Specialist

JANSON has an opening for a full-time Strategic Planning and Candidate Management System Specialist to provide support for our US Army client. This is a hybrid position working on our client site at Fort Belvoir, Virginia 3 days a week and from your home office 2 days a week.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5 years’ experience in strategic planning and project management

  • Experience conceptualizing, designing, and producing strategic plan related material is required

  • Experience using the Yello candidate management system is highly preferred

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle multiple tasks and projects and have strong writing and strategic planning skills

  • Implement the Yello candidate management system for the Army Acquisition Support Center and Program Executive Offices under ASA(ALT)

  • Assist with written updates to the Army Acquisition Workforce Human Capital Strategic Plan (HCSP) and HCSP and civilian recruiting related products and projects

  • Support HCSP council event and recruitment events as requested
